Winter

I have been on somewhat of a hiatus from blogging, but one new computer and a couple holidays later I'm back and doing some catch up. Though only a few weeks into winter we've had more snow than I've seen in years. Most importantly we had a white Christmas. Unfortunately for Andrew we don't have a snow suit his size. This is a 3-6 month bunting we squeezed him into so he could enjoy our first snowfall. We had to put a pair of James' tennis shoes on him because none of his shoes would fit over the bunting. He didn't seem to mind his attire and actually walked around pretty well in those boats.

James has seen his dad peg Mom one too many times with a snowball.
Now they are both always trying to get me.

The snow was way to powdery to make a snowman, so we had to make a snow mountain instead. Boyd paved a little road around it so James could drive his trucks to the top.

Here's a good shot of hero Dad and Andrew's ridiculous footwear.

A little unrelated, but humourous nonetheless. Boyd works with the Young Men in our ward and they pulled a little prank on him. About a year ago at this time they posted lost animal posters around the neighborhood with our phone number on it. The posters were obviously a joke since the animals listed were a polar bear, a moose, and a trout. This year they got a little more creative and pasted Boyd's face on a penguin's body. Take a look.

It's been several weeks, but we keep running across these signs and this time around people are actually calling. Please, if any of you see one of these...pull it down!

Okay that poster of Boyd is so funny. Sounds like those young men are hilarious! So i'm thinking that your older boy looks like you and the younger one looks more like Boyd. What do you think? How are you liking all that snow?
