Miracle of Miracles

James never ate a single bite of baby food. I tried them all: baby cereals, sweet potatoes, carrots, fruits. We'd take a day or two break and try it again. I'd play airplane, choo-choo, and every other game I could think of, but months and months later not a single spoonful had made it passed his lips. Yes, there were lots of tears shed by the both of us. This wasn't what the book said would happen! I eventually gave up entirely. After he got some teeth I started giving him cheerios and veggie puffs and we pretty much went straight to table foods from there. Why am I rehashing all this when James is almost three? Well, I was scared beyond belief to introduce Andrew to solid foods after my previous experience, but Wonder of Wonders, Miracle of Miracles he actually opens his mouth and eats! He loves baby food!
