Jessie's Roundup

Ever heard of Clayton, ID? Well we had ourselves the darndest, tootinest time there July 17th through the 20th. The Bushman's (my Mom's family) gathered at the May Family Ranch near Clayton for a ro-de-o style reunion and what a party! There was a great water slide, a mountain to climb, the Salmon river, frisbee golf, a basketball court, horseshoes, and a "Ranch style" playground for the kids. Boyd was able to take in some of the local sights including an old mining town and mining dredge. The weather was beautiful, the boys loved camping, and of course, there was lots of food, hand and foot playing, and all out fun.

Here's our littlest cowboy riding a wild stallion

James was not too excited about competing in the barrel race, but anything for a piece of candy

The Brant Bishop family gracing the rest with our talent. We sang a song about Grandma & Grandpa on their mission in Africa changing the words of "My Bonnie lies over the Ocean".

After our song the boys all beat their "African drums"...

...And the girls danced Zulu fashion
